The Associate in Science Engineering program is designed to prepare
beginning engineering students to successfully transfer to baccalaureate
engineering programs. Participants in the associate program will enroll
in science, mathematics, and engineering courses that provide serious
students with the knowledge and background necessary to take upper level
courses in their chosen field of study.

2 of the following 6 Engineering Electvs courses are required:
- Social Science Gen Ed (3 credits): Courses satisfying this requirement must be taken from the list of Approved General Education Social Science courses (course type: GSOC).
- Humanities Gen Ed (3 credits): Courses satisfying this requirement must be taken from the list of Approved General Education Humanities Courses (course type: GHUM).
- Additional Humanities or Social Science Gen Ed (3 credits): Courses satisfying this requirement must be taken from either the list of Approved General Education Humanities (GHUM) or Social Science (GSOC) courses (course types: GHUM or GSOC).
- Electives (to meet required 64 credits): 2-4 credits
