Q. What is the one piece of advice you would give our current OCC students?

A. One piece of advice that I would give to our current OCC students is to tap into all the resources the college has to offer.  Never be hesitant in seeking out assistance, remember education is a lifelong journey, make it your passion.

Q. If we were to say to a bunch of people who know you, 'Give me three adjectives that best describe you,' what would we hear?

A. Compassionate; Advocate; and Trustworthy

Q. What mantra or mission statement has helped you succeed?

A. I have a favorite quote by Erma Bombeck, “When I stand before God at the end of my life I would hope that I would have not a single bit of talent left and could say, ‘I used everything you gave me.’”  This quote inspires and reaffirms my belief that service and advocacy to mankind is of utmost importance, and it is a privilege for me to be able to make a difference in the lives of others.
